1. About Feels Like Sunday
Feels Like Sunday (“we”, “our”, “us”) is a South African brand offering handcrafted skincare and wellness products. Each item is created in small, fresh batches with the intention of delivering high-quality products that support slow, intentional living.
2. Use of Our Website
By using this website, you confirm that:
You are at least 18 years old, or using the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
You will not use the website for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose.
You agree not to interfere with the website’s functionality, security, servers, or networks.
We reserve the right to update, modify or remove any part of the website at any time without notice.
3. Product Information
All product descriptions, ingredient lists, pricing and imagery are presented as accurately as possible.
Because our products are handcrafted, natural variations in colour, texture, scent or appearance may occur. These variations are normal and do not indicate defects.
We reserve the right to change or discontinue products and pricing at any time.
4. Orders and Acceptance
When you place an order, you will receive an automated confirmation email acknowledging receipt. This is not acceptance of the order.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including, but not limited to:
Suspected fraud
Incorrect pricing
Stock unavailability
Failure to comply with these Terms
If an order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.
5. Production Time
All products are made to order. Please allow 7–10 working days for production and processing before dispatch.
During peak periods, this timeframe may vary slightly, but we always work to prepare orders as efficiently as possible without compromising quality.
6. Payment
All payments are securely processed through Yoco.
We do not store or have access to your card information.
By completing payment, you confirm that:
All payment details provided are valid and authorised.
You accept responsibility for the transaction.
7. Cancellations
Cancellations can only be made within 24 hours of placing your order.
Because production begins shortly after an order is received, cancellations or modifications are not possible once preparation has started.
8. Returns and Exchanges
Due to the hygienic nature of skincare and wellness items, and because each product is freshly handcrafted, we do not offer returns or exchanges. This ensures that each customer receives products that are fresh, untouched and uncompromised.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photographs of the issue. We will assist promptly.
9. Shipping and Delivery
We use Bob Go as our shipping aggregator to access trusted courier partners throughout South Africa.
Once your parcel has been dispatched:
Tracking details will be provided.
Delivery timelines depend on your location and the courier assigned.
While we are not responsible for courier delays, we will assist in tracking and resolving delivery concerns wherever possible.
Shipping fees are shown during checkout and are non-refundable.
10. Risk and Liability
Once an order has been handed to the courier, the responsibility for safe delivery lies with the courier service.
Feels Like Sunday is not liable for:
Delayed deliveries
Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer
Parcels marked as “Delivered” by the courier
We will, however, assist in investigating delivery issues wherever reasonably possible.
11. Allergies and Skin Sensitivity
All ingredients are listed on our Ingredients page. Customers are responsible for reviewing the ingredients prior to purchase.
Because skincare reacts differently on every individual, Feels Like Sunday cannot be held responsible for allergic reactions, sensitivities, or adverse skin responses. We recommend patch testing before full application if you are uncertain about any product.
12. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including product names, images, text, graphics, logos, branding and website design, is the property of Feels Like Sunday and is protected by South African intellectual property and copyright laws.
No content may be copied, reproduced, modified or distributed without written permission.

We are committed to protecting your personal information.
Data is collected only for essential functions such as order processing and customer communication.
We do not sell or share personal information with unauthorised third parties.
